Hi I'm Clare and I'm a Shamanic Healer of the Inca tradition, Intuitve Astrologer,
Meditation Teacher, Author,
and Holistic Massage Therapist.
I came to experience the life-changing healing of shamanism, meditation, astrology and womb healing over seven years ago after suffering for a number of years with alcohol addiction and severe trauma, deeply buried and unseen by the medical world I had so desperately been seeking help from. Chronic fatigue from overwork and unhealed trauma eventually led me to a breakdown on every level and the healing began.
I first received healing with celtic shamanic practice before receiving and learning the ways of andean shamanism. I have been sharing my healing medicine, mentoring and spaces for nearly four years now, and I continue to learn, heal and grow, in this lifelong journey of discovery and healing.
I am a lover of nature and the journey of remembering that we already hold all that we need within us, sometimes all we need is a reminder, a spark or a letting go of what stops us from seeing our immense power and the gifts that we hold within us.
I share my offerings in-person in and around Norfolk, UK as well as online distance via video call or phone call.

Shamanic Healing
Shamanic Healing, is energy medicine that lifts the heaviness from our lives, brings us closer to our higher destinies and helps us to find 'ayni' which means balance and harmony in our lives.
The shamanic tradition I have trained in and work with, is the Inca tradition, that of the Quero shamans of Peru. My medicine is held in my mesa or medicine bundle (seen in this image) and is made up of stones/ khuyas which are medicine stones of mine.
I offer my sessions online and in person, which can be done at my space in Norwich, at your space or online via a call. Distance does not affect the healing.
